Cart Page YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN… text translation issue

Loco Translate tool doesn’t work. In file manager up-sells.php and cross-sells.php files. ‘You may be interested in…’ but this YOU MAY BE INTERESTED IN… is different. Still You may be interested in… I translate and save the text, but there is no change in the page. This is a problem for many and there doesn’t seem to be a complete solution. How can i fix this.
Also when trying to translate woocommerce in Loco translate plugin.

This string relates to the Woocommerce plugin.
In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce
