    I would like lay out stretch setion show the color of background and the text in the boxed but I cannot do that.
    please help.

    You need to use our theme special Stretch Section option instead of standard Elementor’s one https://gyazo.com/5293e15d3d0ea2e6a69598c831c3ae04
