Add to Cart button ignores checkbox variables

Hi,
The add to cart button on the product grid page ignores the variables of a product that contain a checkbox add on.
For example, on the page below, all the products on this page have variables, but you can add the products to basket straight away from the grid page, it doesn’t let you select the options.
However, if there are variables that contain a drop down option then it will allow you to select options. For example, the last product on this page.
Please can you help to fix this?

You need to enable “Quick Shop” for variable products in the Theme Settings > Shop.

Thank you for your reply.
I have now enabled the quick shop for variables and deleted the cache but the add to basket buttons still allow you bypass the options.
Is there something else I can do?

Try to disable the “AJAX add to cart” in Theme Settings -> Single product -> Add to cart options.

I tried disabling the AJAX add to cart but this did not affect the buttons in the product grid. It just changed the way the way it added to cart from the single product page.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
