    Hi, we have problems with showing the filter attributes with your theme widget “Product Filters”.

    It shows the filters Categories, Price range and Stock, but doesn’t show Attributes which is the most important. I send you the image and error in DevTool.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme if you run the child.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    WordPress has a bug in the widgets. Please install the free Classic widget plugin to solve that and I will check again.

    You need to switch to the widgets to show the widgets you have added in Appearance > Widgets > Footer Columns.

    Please provide the page URL with the filters which do not work.

    Hello,

    Your widget “Product Filters” doesn’t add the filters by ATTRIBUTES.

    It shows the filters Categories, Price range and Stock, but doesn’t show Attributes.

    If you click “attributes” filter in its settings, it’s added — in the settings, but NOT on the page.

    I send you the image.

    Please assist since we lost 2 weeks already.

    When I select a category and filter, I get to the category page.

    When you select a category, and all the attributes, make sure that at least one product has such configuration: the certain category, the certain set of attributes.

    Thank you, it’s not a solution, unfortunaltely, surely we specified the attributes in the drop list, from the beginning.

    I guess it somehow related to new added attributes.

    As I can see, it works on some attributes added some time ago, but it doesn’t work on other the new ones.

    For exemple, It’s indeed possible to add these : Case, Color, Format and Vintage (plz see the pic)
    But You can’ show Country, Region, Appellation and Chateau.

    I checked the attributes, all have the same settings, but as I said, Country, Region, Appellation and Chateau were added recently.

    Can it provoke this problem? How to fix it?

    Hi, Okay, it’s resolved! — I deleted and then recreated these attributes and now they are finally visiblle.

    But, how to make all filtered products be shown on the same page ? (Or I should ask this question in the new topic?)

    Please check the site access I cannot log in. Make sure you have assigned more than one product to each attribute item.
