    Please provide the page URL where I can see the problem and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I have checked the widget and I cannot figure out how you added the filters to the shop page.

    Please check this manual and follow the instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-add-filters-are-in-custom-shop-page/

    We will need permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello team,

    Yes, the admin account paisted in Private content, just use it. And I had the filters added according to your theme without any coding.
    you can see my color picker displayed previousily same as the attachment is.

    Thank you for your help, I am so happy for that you gave me a better advice to follow the tutorial, that is a ideal filter style i want, however i tried following the tutorial but it seems not easy to finish, so can you share me the full steps of tutortial? thanks!

    Hello,

    Please provide the screens and the way you have added the filters to the shop page? Most likely you have inserted them incorrectly, that is why I provided the manual on how to show them properly.

    I see this site is on a testing domain I have disabled the plugins and child theme, let it be for now till we find the reason.

    Hello，

    It seems changed a lot of your theme so that ican’t find where i created filter from, i remember it was under theme settings, and all options of filter were setup under prodcuts→attributes. that is all.
    If we can fix this problem with your new tutorial then let me know. thanks!

    Hello,

    Our developers have checked and seen the CSS files are not loaded. Please try to reload the theme folder: you need to upload the theme archive (downloaded from ThemeForest account > Downloads) in Appearance > Themes > Add new > Upload > Replace.

    If the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Yes! the host support has been asked to do so.
    By the way, did you remove or change any of my customizations? because the layout of yith plugin buttons are changed, and this is the second thime caused the same issue by your side checking the issues. and hope you will activate our plugins intime next time because of business website, thank you!

    By now, the color picker issue have been removed, and we rolled back to the privious backup of the site to recover some issues of button layout, well nothing to do now. Thanks a lot your good support!
