Layouts Conditions failed

    Hello Support Team

    Layouts option create page and edit conditions function failed.

    I planed to sell more than 5000 products on my website.
    and the woocommerce has a default shop page.
    When I add the new product it will show on the shop page.
    As I said I will upload more than 5000 products on my website so the default shop page will become to disorganized, affect the vision, and not easy to choose.

    I follow it and I create two layout pages to separate the product present.

    One page is for oil painting

    and I just want to show the category named “oil-painting” show on this page.

    and those two new layouts will not affect and influence the woocommerce default shop page.

    but the Layouts Conditions failed

    If the condition functions successfully.

    it sure shows up in all of the categories named “oil-painting”
    but you can see a “$100 dollar Test item” show up but it is basic in the category named “prints-printmaking”

    It sure shows up in one category named “prints-printmaking” for one item “Test 版畫” $100″
    but you can see it shows other oil painting products on the same page.

    So my question is. Does the Layouts Conditions function fail or my setup has the problem?

    Please solve my problem this is very important for me and it is also a reason to buy your theme.

    Hello,

    Both layouts are not applied to the shop page because you have “Exclude Shop page” in their conditions.
    As for the products, you need to test the product categories page to see the right products. The layout in the dashboard might show a bit wrong products while creating and editing it.

    Do you mean that the wrong products are still shown on the category page as well? Please, send us a link so we can check what is wrong there.
