Hello,

The “Stretch row and content (no paddings)” option works with the row itself, this option cannot expand the element that is inside the row.

In other words, your row is stretched but the “Image gallery” doesn’t have an option that can set the 100% value for its content, that’s why this element can’t be stretched.

As for the “Promo banner”, it has the option that gives 100% width for its content.

Instead of a banner, you should try to use the Slider, it has such functionality so it will be full width on any screen size.
