How to add html block to each Category menu items

Hello! How to add a HTML block to Category Menu item or at least subpage? Now when I press on for example Zaliena seklas on desktop view hover html block opens, but if I click directly on name Zaliena seklas it opens all products under this category which is messy for clients. Especially this is inconvenient on tablet and mobile view. How to make submenu/html block visible for all views? Can I make a subpage, but how to add it to Category menu? I really need to find a solution.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
The HTML Blocks on hover only work for desktop devices by default.
You need to create a seperate menu for mobile and use the sub-categories as the sub items from Appearance >> Menus.

Then set the menu as a categories menu from WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Mobile header.
