    Hello,

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Header Builder’s “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.

It is not possible to disable the module
Are there other options for this functionality?
I have several sites on your theme and everything worked / works there before
Perhaps it has something to do with the latest updates?
Can we somehow find a solution?

    Hello,

You don’t need to disable it completely as ask them to disable the particular ones that are blocking header save requests.

Can you give some data on which they can understand what exactly needs to be disabled?

    #378610

    Hello,

It would be better if you provide your hosting provider login to your website admin panel, Click on the save button in the header and see this particular request. Then they can whitelist it.

    Best Regards

Please give an understanding of what kind of header saving does not work / is blocked. (better screenshot)
Attached a screenshot with two options. But I’m not sure what you mean about them
