Split: Can’t Delete XTemos Template’s Popup Button

Just made deep search in the forum, this bug exists for at least one year… At least there should be a temporary solution provided? Thanks.
I also noticed that if you drag the section with this popup element in the navigator to rearrange the sections, the whole section would accidentally damaged, all other elements get lost except the popup button.
