Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We are glad to know that you considered using WoodMart for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.
There are no special requirements for product images sizes in our theme. It depends on the design and layout of your website. As for our demo, here are sizes from WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Display
Catalog images – 430×490
Single product image – 700×800
Product thumbnails – 200×230Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
It seems that you are using Hard crop option for your images. Try to disable it and regenerate all thumbnails again.
Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please provide us your admin access so we can try to do this for you?

JanParticipantaccess is in private content. please remember, the wordpress website is in dutch(netherlands)

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, this option is not working for you at all. But we tested with default WordPress theme it also doesn’t work so it is not our theme issue. Try to disable hard crop option and regenerate all thumbnails with WordPress plugin. Also, try to disable all the plugins except those that required for our theme.
