It’s possible to change when you are using for the “Cart” page out layouts builder (Dashboard -> Layouts). If you have already done it, you should edit the “Products (grid or carousel)” in the page builder and in the settings for the “Layout” set appropriate changes for the grid and columns (check the below screenshot).
