Cannot access dashboard dropdown on mobile (Luke or Aizaz only)

On my Dokan vendor dashboard (mobile), I see vendors are not able to access their dashboard drop down menu because it is being blocked. Please see image in private content.
It’s being blocked by the % of completeness and progress notifications.
I have contacted Dokan who said it’s theme related since this issue does not happen on other themes.
How can this be fixed?

The % of completeness and progress notifications is related to the “Dokan” plugin, also I have checked this issue on my device and I didn’t see any issues from our theme.
