How to hide free shipping progress bar to few users?

Hello,
On my website, I have enabled a free shipping progress bar. This feature will help us to improve sales. But I don’t want to display the progress bar to all users of the website.
I am using the WooCommerce memberships plugin by SkyVerge. I have created membership plans. If a user is a premium member, they get products at a discount rate, and they don’t get free shipping. But, the shipping progress bar shows to those users too. Is there way to hide a free shipping progress bar to those members?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
