This design already has functionality for “Zoom” image, but your custom CSS code disabled it.

Therefore you should just remove your custom CSS and “Zoom” will work well.

The size of the images from the Portfolio you can change via Theme Settings -> Portfolio -> Portfolio archive -> Images size.

The size of the product images can be changed through Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.

I have large option activated. All images have the same size. The theme is using Masonry with position absolute, i have tried to fix it using CSS. I think the only way was using JavaScript according to my searched. In the case, you have any solution for this, i appreciate your help.

Items from the portfolio page are using the masonry grid by default, therefore it cannot be changed so I suggest you move these products from the portfolio to the shop page.
