Mobile Bottom Navbar is not working.

    Hi, I need your help. I activated the mobile bottom navbar from my theme setting, But it is showing nothing on the mobile. I am not understanding what’s wrong. Thanks.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor (disable Elementor Pro as well)
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and check.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    I am so angry that since the day my developer has been reaching out to you, you have refused to log in and solve this problem by yourself and make it work.
    You kept telling him to clear catche and delete all plugin, he has done this over 10 times yet nothing happened.
    Please I have ran out of time waiting for your support, if you do not want me to use your theme i will ask for refunds from envato, what is the essence of the 6 months support from envato if you find it difficult to solve this one problem since so many days ago.
    Please help me today so the developer can deliver his work and go and so i can go to the next stage, this problem is holding everyone down.

    Thank you, i have hired one they are working on it, though it was one of the plugins wp sheet editor i installed that caused this error, I just took it out and the site is working well now.
    However i still hired a server expert so he is checking the server end now, I will let you know as soon as he is done.

    Hello just to let you know that everything is perfect now, server is good now and website is browsing very fast. please do me a favour and send me a reply anytime you want to log in so we can stop working.
    You do not have to wait for my confirmation please just drop a line i will see it and keep everyone off for 2 hours from the time you send me the message.

    I changed my server. Now I am using A2 host. Everything is working well. Still I am facing mobile navbar problem. Could you please make a solution ASAP? I am not understanding what’s the reason behind this.

    Please treat our issue as urgent and help us resolve these problem, we have been on this for so long now and this is the only reason this store is not launched yet it has to work before we can start inviting people because we need to display something there.

    WE have transfered our server to A2 hosting and it is very fast and you will not get hose errors again
