Error on opening Widget from wp admin

Yesterday I had purchased the Basel theme and installed on wordpress but on click widget section its giving too much error. Please check

Such happens on the old version of WordPress. Please install the free classic widget plugin from the WordPress repository to solve this issue.

And why loading shows even after webpage loads completely?

Both Solved. But I am using latest wordpress version so why the widget issue there?

The recent two WordPress versions show this error. We can hardly detect the reason. The free Classic widget plugin solves the issue.
