Woodmart blocking elementors settings

    Hello,
    I am trying to hide an element from mobile with elementor but nothing happends, also the motion effects does not work. I find some tickets that you recently replied and I followed the steps, I activated the settings on theme settings for elementor but still nothing happends.

    Hello,

    Please describe the actions step by step on how to reproduce the issue.

    Hello,

    Yes, I see the issue in incognito.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme. I have checked on my testing site and it works.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    We have detected this issue.

    Please disable this option https://prnt.sc/ED9xyWgnuW-B in the Theme Settings > Performance > Plugins > Elementor.

    Or add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS: 

    @media (max-width:767px) {
    .elementor .elementor-hidden-mobile {
        display: none
    }
}
