    I would like to underline all my internal links in the theme. Do you know where or how I can do that ?

    Hello,

    It is possible to do with the custom CSS.

    We can provide the CSS for the few selectors, if you are going to apply the style to the whole site, on every page, you would need to find a developer for this purpose.
