product rating doesn’t show on category page and single product page

Hello the website was migrated from bigcommerce and the product & ratings were migrated too. We have over 100 products that have existing ratings, but only a few of these products (less than 20) display their rating stars on shop page and single product page under the product title. Most of them don’t display rating star on shop page and product page under the title, however, the rating can be found from the review tab on single product page.
I already anabled product reviews on Woocommerce setting and on single product edit page.
This issue was found at the very beginning of the migration, at that time very few other plugins were installed.

It seems that the migration is not completed correctly. Try using the duplicator plugin for migration. You can read some useful articles before migration here.

As for our theme there is no special instruction for transfer. Just keep all files and it will work correctly.
