The issue is in the images themselves, they have different sizes.

In this case, you should configure it via Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images and set appropriate values for the images.

In this case, you should regenerate your images through the “Regenerate Thumbnails” plugin, after installing navigate to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables.

When I make columns 5 then no problem but while I made it 4 columns it showed like 2nd screenshot
