featured categories did not appear in translated language

i translated the home page by WPML plugin, but there are some sections that did not appear appropriately like Featured Categories and Featured Categories did not show up in the Arabic language although i already translate all categories.

You need to translate the categories and add the titles on the translation page, if you added ID, you should add the ID of the translation.

Please contact WPML support, most likely the problem is caused by the WPML settings.

when I gave you site admin access I excepted to return the site as it was if you cant fix the problem, but unfortunately, i found many things damaged (menus, logo position, etc..)
