featured categories section did not appear in translated language

i translated the home page by WPML plugin, but there are some sections that did not appear appropriately like Featured Categories and Featured Categories did not show up in the Arabic language although I already translate all categories.
I already translated the categories and add the title on the translation page.
i recreated the categories to have the Latin slugs and tried again
and no change.
and till now there is no response from your support.
