Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

All the third party plugins are still activated on your website.
Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

My Friend I did that but it did not work kindly solve the issue, it’s been a day now.

You need to deactivate the third party plugins to let us troubleshoot.
If you cannot do it on the live site then create a staging site and provide the login details.

would you tell me what kind of troubleshooting you are talking about? time is case sensitive, and creating a new staging site would take time and effect the speed of the server so It’s not an option, I hope you find another solution. this is a huge bug and everything is paused because of it, I hope you understand our situation, you have the logins and you can see that we deactivated the third plugins (as you said).
