Tabs in product pages issue

    Hi There
    I have already opened 3 topic and did all instructions provided but I don’t get an answer. i have already did a full back up (please don’t tell me to try to disactivate all plugins and switch to parent team, i have already do that, i give you the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent or default theme.)

    so here the issue explain again and here is the admin access.
    Our costumers said that they can’t see Tab content in some products page, i have verified that’s happen just in some products page, here is an example:

    That’s also happen in desktop browser but sometimes in mobile browsers also
    could you help please? my website is running a campaign ads i need to finish this ASAP you already takes a long time to fix that

    Our developers have checked and see that the problem is caused by the server customization.

    I have contacted the hosting dev, here is their response:

    Thanks for your time Khalid! We have reviewed the server logs and there are no entries pointing to this URL. Our team has reviewed http and https services and they look fine. The server has not been modified recently.

    This issue is pointing directly to the content, if your developer points the error to server customizations please request a more detailed explanation about the cause and where is the server customization seen.

    finally we have found the source of this problem it is in your child theme, when i switch to parent theme it fix that, what do you suggest now? how to fix that?

    Hello,

    The clear child theme cannot cause the problem. Most likely your customization is the reason.

    Please check the code you added to the functions.php of the child theme.

    ok it seems there is a misunderstanding here, I HAVE NEVER ADD ANY CODE TO YOU CHILD THEME! is that clear for you now?
    Actually i didn’t do any customization, and i never add any code to the functions.php of the child theme, so please i have already lost a lot of time in this case, are you going to fix that issue or not ?

    We will check the child theme, if you do not apply any customization, you would better use the parent theme.
