    The theme does not work correctly with woocommerce or wpml, the filters in the product page and in the pages of the individual categories do not work correctly and disappear.

    One more information: if in woocommerce I go to status and click on “Regenerate the search table of product attributes” momentarily it works and I see them but then they disappear again

    I have installed the site remotely and updated everything but the problem persists. I solve only momentarily with the above actions..what scares me is that I have to do two more sites, but if so I don’t know if I want to keep using woodmart … I find it an unstable system that makes mistakes randomly and continuously

    Can you help me please?

    Another test that done remotely: I used html bolck instead of widgets and it doesn’t work anyway

    Hello,

    You need to update the theme to the latest version as you are using a very old version of the theme.

    We always suggest using the latest version of Theme and Recommended plugins.

    If the issue still isn’t fixed then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot the issue with the theme plugins.

    Well, I issued with the same trouble with filters. Right after I add attributes to rest of my products, filters only showed the older products. It didn’t show recent updates with filters. Then I clicked to “Regenerate the search table of product attributes” to fix the problem.

    My theme is up to date and the plugins either.
