Is it possible on cart side widget to change product quantity?

Im missing the + / – quantity changer on the cart popup side widget.
Is it possible somehow to show?

Hello,

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Shop and enable the option.

The Add to Cart button has disappeared from the entire site
