Mobile Bottom Navbar and Off canvas Sidebar not working correctly

I have selected mobile bottom navbar and selected button “off canvas sidebar”. but it is not appearing on mobile.

in addition to this, I have tried to remove off canvas sidiebar for mobile from settings. but it appears on mobile.

NB:
I have disabled all external plugins.
reset theme settings.
cleared all cache
import demo content again
