    And is there anything you can do to not slow down the page so much?

    Hello,

    You need to close the banner if you don’t want to see it again. This is how it works.

    i want to use that, but how to add a stable banner not jumping every page and loading.

    Hello,

    As I mentioned in my previous reply, if a user closes the banner then it will not appear again for him. This is how it works by default.
