Delivery time is missing and evaluation text

    I have stated the delivery time for this product (see image 1). It appears in the overview (see figure 2). But on a single product it is no longer there (see picture 3). I created the layout myself using a template from you. Where can I switch on delivery time?

    How can I set it to only show rating as a number? Without this text. In general, I don’t want to have such long texts when evaluating (see figure 4).

    Hello,

    1. Could you please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    2. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

    .woocommerce-product-rating .wc-gzd-rating-authenticity-status {
    display: none;
    }

    1. I set default layout on this product. It works but when creating a new layout and doing it yourself it is missing (or do I have to choose a button, if so, which one?)
    I also noticed that tax is not displayed (“inkl. 7,7 % MwSt. zzgl. Versandkosten”) and shipping costs text. Maybe I need to indent a button in layout, but which one?

    Hi
    The grouped products now show shipping time 3 times and tax rate 2 times, it just looks horrible.
    Since the shipping time is the same for grouped products, can everything only be displayed once and not x times?

    Hello,

    We can see that you use the Germanized plugin and maybe that plugin adds a custom hook in the single product to display the information. You can try using our woocommerce hook element in the layout and add the hook to display it.

    But we don’t know the hook to display it. You need to ask the plugin support for the hook.
