I can not show social buttons or Whatsapp Icon on top bar

Hello. I try to show the social buttons on the top bar. , but I can not. For us will be enought show whatsapp icon if it runs to the link. I heve tried the two options: social icons and also create a whatsapp button with a link

Social icons option not runs.
Button whith link to the Wattshapp runs, but it show the name not de Whatsapp icon.

The rare think is I can show the social links in a copy of your demo (I have a copy of demo content in another web). But I try to do exactly the same in the production web and I can not: the icons not appears. I can’t find which thing I’m having different that the demo site.
