VISITOR COUNTER NOT WORKING

You have a cache for the pages, therefore you need to enable the “Update on page load” option for the correct work of the visitor counter.

Also, in order to test better this option, try to enable the “Random” value for the “Number of visitors” option.

The “Visitor counter” appears when you have 2 or more visitors on the page, hence to check this functionality properly, please enable the “Random” value for the “Number of visitors” option.

You don’t see the “Real” visitors because it appears when you have 2 or more visitors on the page that have different IP addresses, therefore checking this functionality from one IP address is unable.

Also, we have checked the “Real” option and it works fine as well.

As I mentioned above, the visitor counter displays when visitors have different IP addresses, therefore to be able to check it you need to use the VPN.
