    Hello
    We have an issue with LOGIN/REGISTER – SOCIAL LOGIN – GOOGLE
    We added Google Social login but after authenticate it returns to 404 page no found without login!
    By the way facebook login is working well.

    * We tried every thing possible but all failed
    disable all security
    disable all plugins
    api settings 100 %

    We have checked this issue on your side and noticed that your server can’t parse the “GET” request after the Google login redirect. An example link is https://www.linensandmoreegypt.com/my-account/google/oauth2callback?code=4%2F0AX4XfWjtL2-xLaTKueww1gjDNn0bAOy0_cnfw_XTCL5YbrNQRWKGTh_1HMD8BqvNj3VBGQ&scope=email+profile+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.profile+https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fuserinfo.email+openid&authuser=1&prompt=consent

    Please, contact your hosting provider and ask them to check this issue from their side.

    We are the hosting provider! we don’t have any issue or any configuration need to set!
    by the way we have many sites on the same server all of them are working well with google login.

    The 404 error is generated by your server provider and we had a lot of similar requests already.
    Unfortunately, we don’t have other options to fix this in our theme’s code. It looks like it is not compatible with your server. In case you can’t fix this on the server, we are ready to return your money for the theme. You can request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    This redirect is generated by Google and it is totally safe. You can freely add this to the exception list.

    I Can’t Disable rules on all account’s server also i can’t disable modsecurity on the domain! pls i need helpful support give me a solution.

    This URL is generated by Google, not by our theme. Unfortunately, we are not able to change anything here. In this case, we can return your money back for the theme if it doesn’t work on your server. You can request a refund here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

    I am not asking for refund after the website built !
    About ” This URL is generated by Google ” that not related to google as we have many templates all of them redirected with google with no security issue ! any way i hoped to find the solution or any small efforts made from your side also it was my first ticket and it will be the last ! as there are no helpful or friendly support here! thank you for valuable time.

    We will review this feature in our future updates, but for now, we don’t have any fixes and you don’t need to worry about this since it is fully secure.
