Exclude products from a particular category on the shop page

I would like to ask for help there is certain category we don’t want to show on product for you and best seller in homepages can you please advise how to that

1. You can exclude the product from a specific category via the settings of it, navigate to Dashboard -> Products -> uncheck category that you don’t need.

2. As for the “Bestsellers”, the question is not clear to me, please describe in more detail the issue and attach some screenshots for a better understanding.
