countdown timer without sale

hi,
the countdown timer only works for sales, i know.
is it possible to set the timer to products with normal price (without sale price) and then set to unpurchasable)?
i guess i have to rewrite some files, but i don’t know which one.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
