Visitors counter number

    Hi ,

    i use the new feature visitor counter. I use the random option. I have for example select an interval between 0-4 as number to show the visitors. That is ok. However i notice that the number change after a few seconds. For example, if i am in a products its show 3 people and after a few seconds that changes and shows 1. Why is this happen? This is not very good , it seems that this functionality is fake , and is bad user experience. The same thing seem to happen on page reload , so if i am a visitor and i am in a product i see for example 4 visitors if i reload the page i see 2 visitors . Also , i notice that a conflict between single/plural text , (i have translate the text) when text change in front end.

    Hello,

    This is a dynamic counter.

    If you check the counter settings, the random counter shows the face value. Please select the “Real” and check how it works.

    Hi ,

    thanks for your answer.
    I have check also the real functionality. However i use the random because i do not have so many visitors.
    My question is why the counter change when i am already in a product. Basically i have translate the text an i have make it like history. For example i wrote 4 people saw this product past week. As you understand it is not good to change the number of visitors when i am visiting a product. For example. le say i have visit a product and it is write that 3 people saw this product the last week , and after a few second the number for 3 goes to 2? This s my question why change number of visitors so quickly in few seconds. Is it clear what i mean?

    Hello,

    The visitors counter shows the number of visitors being at the site currently. This feature does not show all users who visited the site per period. You will need an SEO analytical tool.
