Can’t update Theme

    Hi Guys,

    I thought I had created a topic but can’t see it here for some reason.

    I get an error when I try to update so currently I am updating manually.

    See error: An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I have tried deactivating and reactivating with new token and that also doesn’t seem to work.

    Please could you help us to resolve?

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme Licence and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    This seems to have done the trick!

    Hopefully it should just work from now on.
