Password reset does not work.

    Hello,

    Our customer is unable to reset password, after password reset request, reset email does not arrive.

    When I send the reset manually, the email arrives.

    SMTP is ok!

    I have already disabled the plugins and nothing has changed!

    Can you help me? I’ll leave the login if you want to look!

    You can run tests if you need to.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
