debijohnsonParticipantI’m having issues creating products. I’ve made a variable product, with a product image uploaded and a product gallery images uploaded. I also added in inventory per color/size but it’s saying it’s out of stock and not showing any of that inventory. It’s also not letting me select the color or sizes on the product page or even the default variable product that loaded with the theme won’t let me select colors either.
Did my theme just not fully install? I’m getting frustrated that it’s not configured how I thought it would be.

debijohnsonParticipantHere’s the link for the default installed variable product. You’ll see you can’t click on the color and the main image doesnt show up.

debijohnsonParticipantOk, this seems to be working with the re-install of WPBAKERY, but now it’s giving me an out of stock error, when I have have stock in the product page…

debijohnsonParticipantI’m also needing information on how to link the swatches to the appropriate image on the product page. IE: when I click the black swatch, the black gallery image will be selected.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We just visited your website but didn’t see any of the mentioned problems. Part of your variations is in stock so the other ones are simply set to be out of stock or doesn’t have count number of in-stock items.
You can upload your image for each variation while editing it in Dashboard. See the place to upload your image on this screenshot https://xtemos.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Screen-Shot-2018-02-11-at-6.46.10-PM.png

debijohnsonParticipantOk, I got the variation. Now my next question. Why does it show both my products out of stock? They aren’t out of stock, and every variation has stock in it in the dashboard. I can provide login info if needed.
Is there a way to just remove the “out of stock” bubble?

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to hide it
.out-of-stock.product-label { display: none!important; }

debijohnsonParticipantThanks that worked great. Next, I’m wondering on the product page, where do I edit the information for “Additional Information” and “Shipping & Delivery”?

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
You can edit Shipping & delivery information in our Theme Settings -> Product page. As for the additional information, this tab is generated on all attributes added to the product and can’t be edited manually.

debijohnsonParticipantThanks! That works great. One more question…Can I make an alt home page for mobile? Or at least set certain elements to hide on mobile?
February 14, 2018 at 8:12 am #39662
Artem TemosKeymasterSure, here is a video tutorial that will help you show/hide some elements on different devices https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/control-elements-different-devices-responsive-column-controls/

Artem TemosKeymasterGreat, you are welcome!

debijohnsonParticipantOn the product page, can I remove the quantity amount on an item? Just have it say “available” or “out of stock”?

debijohnsonParticipantI guess I just need to make a ticket and then I’ll stumble across it later. I have figured this out and the ticket can be closed. Thanks.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe are glad that you solved it 🙂
