    Hello. I created that ticket last week and my problem was solved. But now it came again. How can i solve this completely?

    And I was create HTML Block for header banner. I set the background-image to be different on the desktop and different on the mobile. It used to work very well but now it doesn’t work on mobile. So there are 2 problems. I think there is a problem with your HTML Block system, it is not working properly.

    2. Please provide the screenshots on how you added different backgrounds for the Header banner to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I have edited the HTML Block and there is no background image added to it.

    Please try adding the background image to it then check back after clearing the cache.

    Please try creating separate sections in the HTML Block for mobile and Desktop and hide them accordingly.
