Please check the settings in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion/General, make sure you have enabled the option “Everyone can register”. In addition, you would better check Woocommerce > Settings > Account and privacy.

Thanks for the reply. We checked Dashboard page as well as Woocommerce and found that both are enabled. But still the problem exists.

Kindly help us in fixing the below mentioned 2 issues,
1. Users are unable to register.
2. Unable to increase product quantity by using (-) & (+) buttons on the sides of quantity number in Cart Page.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.
If you see the same on the Storefront, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
