After applying the recent patch, the shipping option doesn’t work at all

as topic, i have ask wordpress support and when they try my website on different theme, the shipping option works normally, please see the submitted screencap. If it always have these kind of fatal error with this theme, i will consider to change to another theme and ask for a refund. it’s totally cause by the theme problem. Which if not a customer can’t place order at my site today, i even dunno about this.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Already backup and tried the Storefront theme yesterday, and proof that it’s the woodmart theme problem. if you need to login and investigate, private section below have the login info.
Now wordpress side is also investigating this issue, seems a customer has an account and after login can see shipping options at both the cart and checkout page, new customer without an account can’t see shipping options. Will update you once WordPress side has any result.

Wordpress and Woocommerce side find out that this is the problem of the conditional shipping rules. So now it works again. Please close this thread.
