Need same heigh for carrousel

Hi, I add a product carrousel but i cant set that all the images or products to be the same heigh, how can i set same heigh?
The same question for porduct grids, how can i set same heigh for all products on a grid?

As for the carousel, its nature requires images of the same size and proportions.
