    Is there a way to have the banner that is attached underneath the header? But globally across the website?

    I have attached what I mean?

    You have it on the bottom in this demo. But want it under header like in attachment.

    Hello,

    Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

    You have to create it manually on all pages.
