Error installing template

Hi,
I have 2 problems:
1- When I installed the template with the wizard, After installed Elementor , the site displayed an error, and by disabled Elementor , the site was activated! How to solve this error? I tested with php version 7.4 and 8, but the error was not fixed.
2- The import demo gave an error and it was only installed up to 10 or 25% and then it gave an error:
AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn\’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.
*Deactivating the plugins did not solve the problem either!
how can i fix these problems?

We see that some PHP files are missed in our theme folder. Please, reinstall the theme completely and let us know if it helps.

Do I have to install “Woodmart Child”?
Yes, we recommend you install the child theme along with the parent theme.

I reinstalled WordPress and the theme and as soon as I installed Elementor , the site gave an error!!!
why?
I didn’t change anything and immediately after installing WordPress, I just installed the theme.
I used woodmart.zip in the WoodMart Theme folder.
Please, send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong.
