I have conflict of woodmart and elementor

    I got issue with action after success submit my contact form. I use custom message with shortcode. After success submit i get my shortcode content with css style text in top

    I maked shortcode content in elementor template and just added shortcode to custom message

    After troubleshoot instruction of Elementor support i discovered conflict with elementor and woodmart theme

    Sorry for the delay.

    I cannot enter the site, it seems the access is not valid, I see this message: “Error: The username cmf-fineorganics is not registered on this site. If you are unsure of your username, try your email address instead.”

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    We have checked and we see Elementor causes the issue without our theme. When you insert the shortcode of Elementor you will see the same: https://prnt.sc/H0Q18U6QAJaN

    You can check the issue on any default theme to see how it works.

    I tested this again with all plugins activated but switched to Twenty Twenty, Hello Elementor theme, and Astra theme. As you can see on these screenshots, all of them work as expected in both editor and live site:

    We have checked the issue on a default theme:

    The screen provided by Eelmentor support did not show a widget with CSS.

    Please contact Elementor support once again and ask them to the widget with CSS, for example Heading.
