Updated PHP v7.4 to 8.1 and noticed an issue when loading in the backend it

I hope you are well.
We recently updated our site’s PHP from version 7.4 to 8.1.
The Products(Grid or Carousel) module does not load the Categories or Tags field, the loading indicator hangs and no Categories or Tags get loaded.
We reverted back to 7.4 for now.
Please advise if you know what could be causing this issue.

The issue mentioned above happens in the backend of the site.

We checked another site using Woodmart which uses page builder so we think it is a Elementor issue just to help you narrow it down.

Could you please disable all external plugins temporarily? Also, enable PHP errors display on your server or give us a path to the errors log file.

Hope all is well.
We can’t disable plugins on a live site as they are being used. Please HOLD on any further changes as I will be reverting back to PHP 7.4 for now. Once I set up a test site I will give you the new credentials.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily.

All plugins have been disabled except for the plugins related to the theme.
