header builder disappeared.

    my header builder is blank tried on diff browsers and computers tried to update theme and got this message.

    An error occurred while updating Woodmart: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme Licence and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login and FTP details of the website.

    Also check the header builder issue after deactivating all the third party plugins.

    I have tried this and also have disabled a load of plugins and it is still not showing. This is a heavy site that takes a lot of payments so please can you have a look and take care with what you do. Any plugins you disable please note them down and send across to me in your reply.

    I have disabled these plugins so far which i thought may conflict but they dont.

    wordfence, challan, litespeed, woomail, wpbakery, ctx feed, mainwp, everest forms, woodmart core, yoast seo

    I have managed to get the editor working which is good.

    However our mega menu does not save the height settings and the blocks are not loading.

    Please save the menu by adding the items to it. Then edit back then the options will be displayed.

    We have tried this they are not showing. As requested can you login and have a proper look at it.

    We have built hundreds of websites this is a bug in the your code please can you look at the radicals menu we have chosen to show a block for the mega menu and chosen the sizes etc but when saving it reverts back with no size options.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hello,

    All the third party plugins are still activated on your website.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Seriously your guys support has dropped off.

    I have disabled every plugin now except hide login and a temp coming soon page. Feel free to temp disable whilst you check I have temp disabled but then reactivated as this is a live site and we dont want customers to see a broken website where they can not buy things. This issue has cost us a lot of sales already.

    Please fix asap

    As all the third party plugins are deactivated the menu HTML Block sizes are working fine.
