    Please update the theme and plugins in Appearance > Plugins, then check again.

    Hi Elise, I updated the theme on our live website; there were no plugins to update in Appearance -> Install Plugins.

    The issue still exists on the branches page, in mobile view only.

    Hello,

    Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hi Elise, we can’t do this on our live website but I have just updated the same page on our staging website.

    I have added a third branch at the bottom, with a carousel with 6 images. These images display properly.

    Hello,

    If it works properly on the staging site, you need to compare all the settings and make the same on your live site.

    Please make sure the same set of plugins is active on both sites.
