    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    When I search without typing anything in the search bar, it shows the error ‘Search results for “” and redirects to the shop page. So this is a bug, fix it. ‘ Empty search ‘ button should not work.

    I ask to do in my website the way search button works in your website.

    If checked on Storefront it works fine. For further confirmation you can check store front themes are installed.

    Hello,

    I have pressed “Search” when noting in the field, and it leads to the search results page and shows all the products. This works with both WoodMart and Storefront on our testing site.

    When I do the same on your site, it works the same, the only difference, is I do not see “Search results” title.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and check how it works.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Even though all plugins are disabled and checked, the page redirects to the shop page. Please provide solution as soon as possible.

    I checked your demo page for more information and it has the same problem.

    I agree with you, but my support period is only till 24th August 2022. When will your theme be updated? What if the solution is not done after that?
